Ce pack est donc composé d’un thé vert, d’un thé noir sauvage, d’un thé oolong, d’un thé jaune sauvage et d’un thé blanc sauvage avec des vertus complètement différentes !

1) Le thé vert Tân Cương provient d’une petite plantation familiale de la province de Thái Nguyên (au Nord). Ce thé vert possède une attaque très végétale suivi d’un goût umami très doux rappelant parfois l’algue et l’herbe verte. Un des thés les plus célèbres et les plus appréciés au Vietnam, ce thé vert tonique est idéal le matin ou dans la journée !

2) Le thé oolong noir Thanh Tâm Đen est à la fois suave et enivrant ! Ce thé oolong possède des arômes boisés rappelant la châtaigne, le pain d’épice et les noisettes grillées. Ce thé est originaire de Tan Lap, un petit village de montagne situé dans la province de Mộc Châu.

3) Le thé noir sauvage Shan Tuyết Hoàng Su Phì Đen possède des arômes puissants, cacaotés voir chocolatés ! Ce thé provient des théiers sauvages centenaires de la région de Hà Giang au nord du Vietnam. Ce thé est issu d’une récolte de printemps (First Flush).

4) Le thé Jaune sauvage de Hà Giang est a la fois minéral et fruité, ce thé vous surprendra grâce à ces arômes sauvages rappelant à la fois la mirabelle, les prunes sauvages séchées, les abricots et les fruits des bois. Discrètement fumé et citronné, ce thé possède également un côté floral très agréable.

5) Le thé blanc sauvage “PAI MU TAN MẪU ĐƠN” est un thé blanc “Shan Tuyết” rare provenant des théiers sauvages centenaires de la province de Hà Giang à l’extrême Nord du Vietnam. Fruité, doux et légèrement boisé, ce thé blanc vous surprendra grâce à ces arômes très doux et subtiles rappelant l’abricot, les fleurs sauvages et les fruits mûrs. Avec ce type de thé, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser un gaiwan ou une théière en terre cuite.

Les filtres en métal sont a éviter car ils empéchent les bourgeons et les feuilles de thés de s’ouvrir et de s’exprimer pleinement pour libérer leurs arômes.

Pour révéler toutes les qualités des thés du pack spécial « Thé du Vietnam » nous vous conseillons une eau entre 80 et 85°C.

Une température supérieure pourrait « bruler » les bourgeons et les feuilles de thé ce qui libérerai trop de tannins d’un seul coup et ainsi les rendrai votre infusion amère.
