Ce Thé Pu-erh cru sauvage est un thé “Shan Tuyết” rare provenant de la province de Hà Giang à l’extrême Nord du Vietnam. Il est récolté sur des théiers centenaires sauvage âgés pour certains de plus de 300 ans.

Ces feuilles de thé sauvages ont préalablement été brassées, chauffées, roulées puis empilées dans des morceaux de bambou d’une longueur de 30 cm environ. Les morceaux de bambou ont ensuite été soigneusement « grillés » un par un au feu de bois. Cette étape permet non seulement de se débarrasser de l’humidité restante tout en commençant à faire travailler les premiers arômes du thé en lui donnant un côté cuisson au feu de bois.

Les morceaux de bambou contenant notre précieux Thé Pu-erh sauvage sont ensuite stockés en hauteur dans un fumoir artisanal pour y être fumé pendant une période allant de 6 mois à 1 an !

Boisé et Fruité dès la première infusion,  ce thé à la texture voluptueuse vous surprendra grâce à ses arômes subtils de fruits sauvage et d’épices. Fumé et boisé, il rappelle également les sous-bois et l’humus.

La couleur de son infusion est d’un magnifique rouge ambré.

Le thé Pu-erh est essentiellement composé de grands bourgeons recouvert de duvets fins faisant penser à la neige d’où son nom “Shan Tuyết” qui signifie “neige” en Vietnamien.
