Ce th\u00e9 vert est r\u00e9colt\u00e9 sur des <strong>th\u00e9iers centenaires<\/strong> \u00e2g\u00e9s pour certains de <strong>plus de 300 ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois r\u00e9colt\u00e9s, les pr\u00e9cieux bourgeons de th\u00e9 vert sont ensuite chauff\u00e9s afin de d\u2019arr\u00eater toute oxydation enzymatique puis <strong>fum\u00e9s par la m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e depuis plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations par les ethnies Hmongs et Dzao<\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9poser les feuilles de th\u00e9 vert sauvage dans un panier en bambou et de le suspendre au dessus d\u2019un feu de bois\u2026 de bambou ! (Eh oui, le bambou est tr\u00e8s abondant dans la r\u00e9gion de H\u00e0 Giang \ud83d\ude19).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fum\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>fruit\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>bois\u00e9<\/strong> et<strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement miell\u00e9<\/strong>, ce <strong>th\u00e9 vert sauvage<\/strong> vous surprendra gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces<strong> ar\u00f4mes min\u00e9raux<\/strong>, <strong>zest\u00e9s<\/strong> et <strong>citronn\u00e9s<\/strong>.
